How do I pay for payments made on my behalf?
AWS payment agents support both prepaid and postpaid billing, with different discounts available for different payment methods. Agents support multiple currencies; please contact your business manager for details.
Is it possible to view customer account business data in the cloud?
On the cloud, you only have the permission to view the bills of the payment account, and you cannot obtain the specific business data of the account.
After AWS makes the payment on my behalf, who manages the account?
The customer is responsible for their own root account. The agent manages all billing-related matters, including payments, generating invoices, and issuing them.
What value-added services are available?
By making payments on behalf of customers in the cloud, their credit score increases, allowing the reseller to help increase their machine quota. Additionally, the reseller supports and assists customers in using AWS products and services and helps them troubleshoot problems.
When will we receive the invoice?
AWS typically takes 1-2 days to generate invoices at the beginning of each month, and invoices will be provided to customers on the cloud around the 5th of each month.
